Beautiful Holiday Apartment – A Perfect Stay! Our stay at Villa Esmeralda was simply amazing! We arrived on the last flight from Lisbon in the middle of the night. The short taxi ride from the airport took just under 10 minutes. Thanks to the key code, we were able to access our apartment effortlessly. The decor is stylish, modern, and at the same time incredibly cozy – you can immediately tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into it. We were particularly impressed by our terrace in the fantastic courtyard, where we spent our evenings unwinding with a glass of wine. A huge bonus is the garage, as the streets are quite narrow, and finding a parking spot would have been extremely difficult. The apartment's location is ideal: Within minutes, you can reach the old town of Ponta Delgada with its numerous restaurants and shops. Despite the central location, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax completely. The cleanliness deserves special mention – everything was spotless and well-maintained. Claudia is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, always ready with tips and recommendations. You truly feel at home here. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Esmeralda and will definitely return! Der perfekte Aufenthalt. Super Duplex Apartment mit gedeckter Terrasse. Wir haben fast nur auf der Terrasse gelebt. Alles perfekt sauber und sehr nette Leute. Absolut zu empfehlen, vorallem die Tiefgarage und die fussläufige Nähe zur Stadt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Excellent accomodation right in the centre, with private parking. The property had an online app which could be used to open the doors which worked very well.

Great Stay, the apartment is amazing, and it’s at a great place in Ponta Delgada. Everything was at walking distance. I wouldn’t know anything that could be better.

Everything was perfect: the fully equipped and beautiful apartment, the amazing garden, the private garage and, of course, the owner, Claudia, who helped us with the best advices for an amazing vacation. The apartment is very close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets and even few minutes away from a lot of points of attraction.

Espaço completamente novo, de construção recente, bem localizado no centro de Ponta Delgada. O pátio interior, pelo qual acedia ao meu apartamento é muito agradável … é a alma do empreendimento. Estacionamento privado gratuito (garagem), apartamento novíssimo, moderno, bem decorado, tudo novo. Televisão na sala e outra no quarto. Adorei a aplicação para entrar e sair do apartamento ou da garagem… muito prática… é fornecido por mail um link, na altura do check-in, que através do telemóvel é efetuada a abertura da porta de acesso à garagem sem ser preciso sair do carro, bem como para abertura da porta do apartamento … nem sendo assim necessário qualquer chave ou cartão…não conhecia esta aplicação mas funcionou na perfeição.

Confort asegurado. La limpieza y el cuidado de las instalaciones. Apartamento muy equipado. Volveremos sin dudarlo. Zona tranquila a pocos metros del centro. Claudia, la anfitriona, atenta en todo momento y muy servicial. Recomendable 200%.

Fantástico fim-de-semana em São Miguel. Excelente apartamento, muito bem equipado, limpo e de qualidade. O Jardim exterior é muito bonito e agradável. A localização é ótima para se poder conhecer a ilha. Ter parque de estacionamento foi também muito útil. A Cláudia foi 5 estrelas. Muito recomendável.
